How booking works
Three steps: send us the details, we return a fixed quote, and the chauffeur arrives ahead of time on the day.
Send the date, the pickup and destination, your passenger numbers and luggage, and your venues and rough running order.
We come back with a fixed quote and confirm the vehicle. That quote is the price you pay — it does not move because traffic was bad or the day ran long.
On the day the chauffeur arrives ahead of the booked time. Arriving early costs nothing; arriving late costs you the schedule, so we treat early as standard.

How far ahead should I book a wedding car?
As far ahead as you reasonably can, particularly for a Saturday in the Auckland summer. Vehicle choice narrows before availability does, so if a specific car matters to you, early booking is the only way to guarantee it. Midweek and off-peak dates are far more flexible.
How many cars do we need?
Think beyond the couple: parents, the bridal party, grandparents who should not be walking far, and guests without transport between venues. A common arrangement is one vehicle for the bridal party to the ceremony and the couple afterwards, with a second larger vehicle handling family.
Are the cars dressed for the wedding?
Yes. Ribbons and dressing are arranged to your preference, so tell us what you have in mind when you book — colours, style, and whether you want the cars matched to each other. The vehicles are presented immaculately as standard.
Can the car take us between photograph locations?
Yes, and it is worth planning the stops in advance rather than deciding on the day. Tell us the locations and we build the route and the minutes around them. We can also advise which stops are realistic given your ceremony and reception venues.

What happens if the day runs late?
Weddings run late; we plan for it. Bookings are built with buffers between legs, and because the quote is fixed rather than metered, the price does not change because photographs took longer than expected.
Can you arrange transport after the reception?
Yes, and it is the leg most often forgotten. Guests have been drinking, and late-night transport in some parts of Auckland is unpredictable. Tell us at the booking stage and we will include the departure in the quote.
